Who we are
RollStill, of Lebanon, Indiana. You can reach us at support@rollstill.com.
What we collect when you sign up
- Your name, business name, email and, if you give it, your cell number.
- Whether you run a business or are starting one, and when you accepted the pilot terms (and which version).
- How you chose to answer our questions, the times that work for you, and your answers, if you give them online.
- If you ask for the AI call: that you agreed, when, the number to call, and the exact wording you agreed to.
- A short scrambled code made from your internet address, only to stop the form being flooded. We don't keep the address itself.
If you type a card number, a Social Security number or a password-like key into an answer, it's removed before it's saved. Please don't type them at all.
Your "Before your setup" page
When your setup is near, we email you a link to a private page with what to do before it, the download, and your setup file: your answers from the sign-up, which RollStill uses to fill in its setup screens. We keep the setup file on our server only for that page. It's deleted when your setup is done, or 30 days after we send the link, whichever comes first. We note when the page is first opened, so we know you got it.
If you reserve a spot
Everything above, plus the plan you're leaning toward, which version of the reservation terms you accepted and when, whether and when you cancelled, and when we emailed your confirmation. Your place in line is worked out from when you reserved.
If you enter the drawing
- Your name and email, which version of the official rules you accepted and when, and whether you entered from the reservation form.
- The same short scrambled code made from your internet address, only to stop the form being flooded.
- We use it only to run the drawing: to pick the winners and email them. Entering doesn't put you on a mailing list.
If you use the chat
The "Ask RollStill" chat is an AI (Claude, made by Anthropic), not a person. What you type goes through our server (Supabase) to Anthropic, which writes the answer.
- We don't keep the conversation. It stays in your browser tab and is gone when you close it or leave the page.
- To stop the chat being flooded, we count messages using the same short scrambled code made from your internet address. We don't keep the address itself.
- Anthropic handles the messages under its commercial terms, which don't allow it to use them to train its AI models. It may keep them for a short time, as its own policies say, to run and protect its service.
- Please don't type personal details into the chat. If you want us to contact you, email us instead.
What we don't collect
These pages use no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no trackers, and they load nothing from other companies. Your browser keeps your private sign-up link, so you can come back, and you can clear it any time.
How we use it
To set up your pilot or hold your reservation: to look over your answers, contact you about a setup time in line order, and set your assistant up. And, if you entered the drawing, to run it. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
Who handles it
- Netlify hosts these pages. Like any web host, its servers keep standard logs, which include details such as IP addresses.
- Supabase (in the US) stores your sign-up, reservation or drawing entry for us.
- If you ask for the AI call: ElevenLabs runs the AI voice, and Twilio connects the phone call. The call is recorded and written up so we can set up your assistant.
- If you use the chat: Anthropic (in the US) writes the answers.
- We may email or text you about your setup from RollStill's own accounts.
How long we keep it
A sign-up or reservation that doesn't become a customer is deleted automatically 12 months after its last change. If you become a customer, it's kept while you are one. The setup file on your "Before your setup" page is deleted when your setup is done, or 30 days after we send the link. Drawing entries are deleted automatically 90 days after the drawing ends. The winners' names and emails stay in the drawing's record, for the winners list and our tax records.
Your choices
- You can stop AI calls any time: say so on a call, text STOP, or use your sign-up link.
- You can cancel a reservation any time from your private sign-up link.
- To see, correct or delete your sign-up or drawing entry, email support@rollstill.com.
Do Not Track
These pages don't track you over time or across other websites, so a browser's "Do Not Track" signal has nothing to turn off here.
Children
These pages are for businesses and people starting one. They aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), your sign-up link is private to you, and our database can't be read with the key these pages use. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here, with a new effective date, before it applies.
