Terms of Use
Version terms-2026-11-01 · Effective November 1, 2026
These terms are between you and RollStill ("we" or "us"), a sole proprietorship in Lebanon, Indiana. They cover the RollStill AI Assistant app and the plans we sell for it. By paying for a plan or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Who sells it to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes your payment, charges sales tax where it applies, and handles billing questions and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. You type your card details into Paddle's checkout, and we never see or keep them.
2. What RollStill is
RollStill is an AI assistant app that runs on your own Windows 10 or 11 PC. It reads copies of the folders you choose, answers questions about your business with the files it used, and drafts documents for you to check. What each plan includes is on our price sheet. Features listed there as coming aren't part of any plan until they're released, and a plan doesn't promise any coming feature or date.
3. Your AI account
RollStill uses your own Anthropic (Claude) account, connected with your own key. Anthropic bills you directly for what your assistant uses, and its terms and privacy policy cover that use. Our plan price covers RollStill only: the app, updates, our relay and support. We don't pay for, top up or cover any account you hold with another company. If that account hits its limit or stops working, the features that use it pause until it works again. Ending your RollStill plan doesn't cancel it.
4. Plans and prices
- Basic: $35 a month, or $350 a year
- Standard: $59 a month, or $590 a year
- Premium: $139 a month, or $1,390 a year
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. A yearly plan is 12 months for the price of 10. There's no setup fee.
5. Billing
- Your first charge is on your setup day, when your plan starts, through a payment link we send that day. Nothing is charged before then.
- Renewal: a monthly plan renews each month, and a yearly plan each year, on your setup-day date, until you cancel.
- Yearly reminder: we email you before each yearly renewal with the price and how to cancel.
- Price changes: we give you at least 30 days' notice, by email and in the app, before a higher price applies to you. You can cancel before it does.
- A failed payment: we tell you, and your plan keeps working for 7 days while it's sorted out.
- Free periods (an invited pilot or a drawing prize) never turn into a paid plan on their own. They continue only if you clearly say yes, at the regular price.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time, online, from the link in your receipt or by emailing us. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. If RollStill isn't working for you, your first month is refunded in full within 30 days of your setup day, no questions asked. The details are in our Refund Policy.
7. When a plan ends
- Plan features stop: updates, support, and your phone, tablet and wall screens.
- Your files, and the notes your assistant kept, stay on your PC as plain files you can read and copy.
- Once you've paid for at least one month, the app keeps working at the version you have, on your own AI account, without updates or support.
- We tell you in the app and by email before anything stops.
8. It's an AI
- Your assistant is an AI, and it says so. It can be wrong or out of date, so check important facts, numbers, dates and documents before you rely on them.
- It gives general information only. It doesn't give legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance or medical advice.
- It doesn't file, sign, pay or buy anything for you. It saves nothing to its notes without your yes.
- We don't promise any revenue, savings, customers or results.
9. Our responsibility
RollStill is provided "as is", as far as the law allows. We don't promise it's free of errors, or that its AI answers are right. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, so keep backups of your files. Some states don't allow some of these limits, and where they don't, they apply only as far as the law allows.
10. Using it fairly
- Don't use RollStill to break the law, spam, harass or impersonate anyone, or make deceptive claims.
- Don't use it on other people's sensitive data you don't have the right to send to an AI company, such as patient health records.
- If you use RollStill with your own customers, you're responsible for that use. It always tells them it's an AI, so don't change that. Don't use it for marketing calls or texts without the consent the law requires.
We may stop support for misuse.
11. What's yours and what's ours
Your files, your documents and what RollStill drafts for you are yours. The app, its design and its looks are ours. Your plan gives you a license to install and use RollStill for your business on the PC your plan covers. It isn't transferable, and you may not resell, copy for others or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows.
12. Changes and the law
We'll tell you about any important change to these terms before it applies. We may end these terms if you misuse RollStill, or if we stop offering it, with notice and a refund of prepaid fees for the time you won't get. Indiana law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Boone County, Indiana.
