Reservation terms

Version reserve-2026-11-01 · Effective November 1, 2026

What a reservation is

A free place in line for a RollStill setup. Reserving costs nothing, and we don't ask for a card.

Your place in line

Setups start December 1, 2026, in the order people reserved. We'll email you, in that order, to book a setup session by phone. Your place holds until 30 days after the first setup time we offer you, and we'll remind you twice before then. After that, the next person moves up, and you're welcome to reserve again at the end of the line.

What you pay, and when

Nothing until your setup day. Your plan starts that day, at the regular price: Basic $35, Standard $59 or Premium $139 a month, before tax. A yearly plan gets 12 months for the price of 10. The plan you lean toward when you reserve isn't binding; you choose on your setup day. If a price changes before your setup day, we'll email you before it applies to you, and you can cancel.

The 30-day refund

If RollStill isn't working for you, your first month is refunded in full within 30 days of your setup day, no questions asked.

Your AI account and its cost

RollStill uses your own Anthropic (Claude) account. Anthropic bills you directly for what your assistant uses; we add no markup and never see your card. We'll help you set a monthly spending limit in your Anthropic account on setup day.

What you need

A Windows 10 or 11 PC that stays on, with 8 GB of memory and internet.

What it does today

RollStill does what our plans list today. The features under "Coming next" have no dates yet, and a reservation doesn't promise any of them.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time, for any reason, with "Cancel my reservation" on your private sign-up link, or by emailing us. There's nothing to pay. If we stop taking setups, we'll email you, and your reservation ends with nothing owed.

The free drawing

The drawing has its own official rules. You don't need to reserve to enter, and entering doesn't change your place in line.

It's an AI

Your assistant is an AI, and it says so. It can make mistakes, so check anything important before you rely on it. It doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice.
